FAQ

Returns and Cancellations

We will replace any bottle that is damaged, corked, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

Shipping

There are 2 wine club shipments each year. We ship in the Fall (usually October) and Spring (usually April). All wines are shipping using UPS and require an adult signature for delivery. Delivery will attempt multiple times, but it is your responsibility to accept delivery. You can have UPS hold your shipment at a nearby UPS store. All returned shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping fee.

Cancelling or Skipping

You may cancel your membership at any time. You can skip 1 shipment per year if needed. Multiple skips in a year will result in cancelation with no guarantee of available space for rejoining.
